Why this Conference?

This event is an in-person conference held at Brewster Road Community Church in Birmingham, AL. The conference is designed to undergird and encourage female ministers fulfilling their calling.

Purpose

To identify, enroll, validate, and encourage women called to the Gospel Ministry of Jesus Christ.

What To Expect

During the conference, we endeavor to help women identify their area of calling; highlight external and internal obstacles to the fulfillment of their calling; review ministry opportunities; and set goals to strengthen their resolve.

Today
The Church is not maximizing its God-given potential because women called to ministry are not afforded opportunities to fulfill their roles in the church for various reasons.  

Theme

To admit, to extend hospitality towards, to give credence to, to await with confidence, to accept, to allow.

Romans 16:1-2

Paul commends the church in Rome to extend the right hand of fellowship to Phoebe in her capacity as a sister, a servant, and a supporter. Like Phoebe, Christian Women should be recognized for their dedicated service to the Lord through the church and afforded equal opportunities as their male counterparts to serve within the church, thus fulfilling the Great Commission together. The image and character of God is best illustrated when a man and woman are working together to fulfill God’s purposes.
