Approximate Schedule:
10 am - 11:30 am | BRCC Children's Church/Youth Group
11:30 am - 12:30 pm | Stay for Lunch @ BRCC
12:30 - 1:30 pm | Movie & Chill @ BRCC
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm | Swim (Trussville YMCA) - (only light snacks - crackers, water, fruit, etc)
All youth 10 and under must have a guardian 19 or older present and actively supervising.
All children/teens 13 & under will take a swim test.
A bouncy house & the gym will be available for recreation.

What to Expect:
Get ready for a day filled with fun and aquatic adventures!
Guests will check in at the side entrance and head straight to the party room.
If anyone needs to change before we head to the pool, locker rooms are conveniently located in the kids' gym.
For all party guests ages 13 and under, our lifeguard will be conducting swim tests to ensure everyone is safe before the real fun begins.
Please see our swim test description below in the section: Test. Mark. Protect.
Once the swim tests are completed, the lifeguard will scan the pool and stay on deck as long as any party guests are in the pool.If your guests decide to take a break and dry off, they're welcome to head back to the party room. However, any water enthusiasts still making a splash will keep our lifeguard on pool duty, ensuring a watertight watch until all partygoers are back in the party room
Safety First:Your safety is our top priority. Lifeguards will be on duty throughout the event, providing a secure environment for everyone.
Please familiarize yourself with the pool rules posted around the area to guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

No inflatables floats allowed!
Guest Check and Wristbands:All party guests need to check in with the party worker before heading to the party room.
Test. Mark. Protect. All guests 13 and under must pass a swim test, or wear a lifejacket/be within arms reach of a parent.
